Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payments through GoDaddy Payments, or Cash..

Prices listed on our Site are in USD and may change at any time without notice.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are made fresh to order:

Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before your pickup or delivery date.

Refunds may not be available for cancellations as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can make it right.

4. Allergies and Dietary Information

We take care to list ingredients accurately; however:

Our baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.

We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

5. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery, pickup, or both within 30 miles. Unless it is for a special event at which we would charge additional mileage.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time; we cannot be responsible for items left unattended.
